Ajay Gupta is a founding partner of Marut Group Advisory Services. He has been working in banking in Germany for several years. Before joining the bank Mr. Gupta was a management consultant in Germany in the field of industrial production, business development, investment and finance at an international level advising companies in different industrial sectors.
He has over 25 years of experience in various industrial sectors at the senior management level in Germany, France, Belgium, UK as well as in different Asian countries.
He holds both a degree in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA. He is a graduate from the Harvard Business School (SEPME) and is an Alumnus of Stanford Business School. He is a German citizen.
Bastian Huck has experience in funding and managing power plant projects worldwide for a large Japanese group and leading the finance department of a tech start-up, along with a strong network of contacts. Prior to that he worked at Commerzbank Corporates & Markets where he was involved in debt financing and restructuring, syndicated loans, as well as debt origination for clients in the energy sector with a total transaction value in excess of $500m. He has been in Commerzbank’s student fellowship program while doing his undergraduate (physics) and master’s degree (global corporate finance), interned several time in different departments and eventually started as a junior analyst. Now based in Valmiki Capital’s New York office, Bastian is primarily working on financing green efficiency real estate projects and a tech start-up focusing on an app for pair- and momentum and other trading strategies for use on mobile devices and tablet computers.
Minli is founder of Sizran. She has completed her MBA from Germany and Chemical Engineering from China. She had been working in Germany at different management position. She has over 12-years working experiences in Europe and China in business development, marketing, group strategy, etc.
